The objective of this vertical is to act as an agency of choice for government and non-government stakeholders to design, plan, implement and monitor projects related to economic empowerment of Jammu and Kashmir.

Objective

To act as agency of choice for implementation and execution of all projects related economic empowerment of J&K either from Government & Non-Government stakeholders.

Functions

Liaison and coordination with Regional, Federal and Global Government & Non Government agencies and institutions involved in projects related to economic development.

Formulate project implementation plans and allocate resources for project implementation.

Implement the projects employing proper project implementation practices through qualified and trained project management professionals.
